We rented 2 e-bikes for the tour to Cap Formentor over the mountains. The owner was very courteous, patiently explained everything to us, gave us comprehensive information and tips. The bikes were much more powerful and durable (long battery life) than others we had already tested with another provider. Helmet and lock were included in the price. The price was normal for the area. All in all, we were extremely satisfied and would recommend it at any time!

Quick & uncomplicated pick-up on site. The owner patiently adjusted the saddles and explained the bikes to us. We rode the bikes to Cap Formentor and back. The batteries were empty afterwards. The brakes gave way a little on the way back. The bikes are designed more for the city and not the mountains. The return was just as uncomplicated and quick after a short WhatsApp message.

Bike rental at the top! We went to Formentor, the difference in altitude is almost 1000 m, but thanks to the electric bikes it’s no problem. We were very well received and informed, I can only warmly recommend it.

A wonderful and perfect adventure! I rented a bike from Bikellorca and went to Formentor for Christmas and enjoyed the incomparable views. As for the user experience, it’s perfect: Bikellorca’s e-bike is very easy to use and people who have never used an electric bike before can get started quickly in terms of vehicle performance, the three-speed drive. Thanks to the assisted setting, you can adapt it effortlessly to all gradients on the mountain road. At the same time, the vehicle’s battery is sufficient to cover your round trip from the port of Pollensa to the Formentor lighthouse; it is also equipped with a safety helmet and a car lock, so you can stop and explore the nearby countryside with peace of mind. It is a wonderful family business. The service is very friendly and well informative on how to use the bike and where we can go in the city. We rent a half day to the mountains. The bikes are very new and in very perfect condition. I would definitely recommend it if you’re looking for something that’s not too sporty but still offers some activities on the mountain.

Many thanks for the great service from Bikellorca. We rented two bikes for a day trip – Formentor – Alcudia – Playa de la Victoria – Pollenca, approx. 87 km and battery at 40%. Karel and his wife are absolutely amazing and so nice people! The bikes we rented there were great and we had no problems at all. Karel helped us with cycling routes and gave us information on where to find the best restaurants and cafes to eat and drink. They are both lovely people and even gave us a lift to Port de Pollenca after we weren’t allowed on the bus with our bikes! We will definitely use their bike rental service when we return to Mallorca and will recommend them to anyone traveling here. It was a pleasure to meet you both! 🙂 🙂

I would return to Pollença just to use this company again! Many thanks to Paula who was really nice and helpful. She gave us ideas for bike routes and even helped us with other tourist questions. I can’t recommend these guys enough. The bikes were great and we had no problems at all. 5 stars!!!

The bikes were the best e-bikes I have ever used. New, powerful, stylish and had a very useful boost function for standing starts, invaluable on hills and traffic circles. The range is supposed to be 100km, but we (in our 60s) managed over 60km on less than half a battery charge, despite riding up some pretty long, steep hills. They were also very competitively priced. We met one of the owners, Paula, a delightful person who was very helpful, pleasant and efficient and went the extra mile in several respects. I can thoroughly recommend this company and its bikes and would definitely use them again when I return to Mallorca. Peter S.

We had a wonderful bike ride (but don’t follow Google Maps!!) from Port de Pollença to Cala Saint Vincenç. The bikes were comfortable and customized for us. The lock was easy to use and came with helmets. We can’t wait for our next trip.

Bikellorca helped us with an e-bike for my girlfriend while I wanted to explore Cap Formentor on my road bike. She was very happy and we rode about 50 km with 1050 meters of elevation gain and the battery was still at 3/5! (She’s about 50 kg though) The owner is a very nice guy too. Ride on!

Wonderful customer service. Very cool, easy to use electric city bikes. We, my 14 year old and I, rented two e-bikes for the day. The owner took time to make sure the bikes were set up properly, explained how the bikes worked, gave us a map of selected routes and a contact number in case of any difficulties. 100% recommended!!!

Wow! What an experience. I couldn’t have asked for a better bike to explore the hills of Mallorca.
