Karel and his wife are absolutely amazing and so nice people! The bikes we rented there were great and we had no problems at all. Karel helped us with cycling routes and gave us information on where to find the best restaurants and cafes to eat and drink. They are both lovely people and even gave us a lift to Port de Pollenca after we weren’t allowed on the bus with our bikes! We rented 2 e-bikes for the tour to Cap Formentor over the mountains. The owner was very accommodating, patiently explained everything to us, gave us comprehensive information and tips. The bikes were much more powerful and durable (long battery life) than others we had already tested with another provider. Helmet and lock were included in the price. The price was normal for the area. All in all, we were extremely satisfied and would recommend it at any time!
